A FAMILY COMPANY
In 1762, the Biecher family established their wine cellar in the village of Saint-Hippolyte, at the foothills of the Vosges Mountains, beneath the Haut-Koenigsbourg Castle.
Located in the heart of Alsace, the family owns and manages vineyards passed down through successive generations, each contributing to the company’s long-term development and performance. Today, under the leadership of Olivier Biecher, the company is recognized as one of Alsace’s leading wine producers and employs a workforce of over 40 people.

A WORLD OF WINES
Strategically located in the heart of Europe, our geographic position enables the efficient bottling of wines from a wide range of origins. This approach not only reduces our carbon footprint but also delivers significant cost efficiencies.
Today, we bottle wines sourced from numerous countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, the United States, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand.
The geographical location of Vins Biecher, at the heart of wine-producing Europe, is also a key advantage when it comes to shipping. We can use rail transport or even river shipping via the Rhine to reach the Port of Antwerp before exporting to the Americas or Asia. Above all, one of the greatest advantages is our ability to consolidate full containers with wines from our various origins.

STORAGE
Our logistics capacity has evolved significantly, particularly since the launch of our new storage facility in 2025. This is a building dedicated to the storage of finished goods prior to shipment, fully automated using AGV-type robots.
These robots handle the storage of pallets directly from the production lines and their retrieval for shipment preparation. This new automated storage facility allows us to accommodate large quantities of pallets with very high efficiency. It also enables us to offer our customers a logistics solution that includes buffer stocks of products, helping to prevent any disruption in the supply chain.

CERTIFICATIONS
Quality control is a core priority at Biecher Winery. We hold the highest certification level under IFS version 6 (International Featured Standard). Each wine is rigorously analyzed both in our in-house laboratory and by an independent COFRAC-accredited laboratory, with comprehensive monitoring parameters, including oxygen management.
In addition to our HACCP and IFS certifications, we are accredited by BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative). This internationally recognized framework promotes social responsibility and continuous improvement across factories and farms throughout our global supply chain.
BRANDS
At Vins Biecher, we offer comprehensive bottling solutions, ranging from private-label production to the development of exclusive brands tailored to specific client requirements. Our capabilities cover a wide spectrum of options, including brand design, label materials and textures, bottle formats, and wine origins. We also demonstrate strong adaptability to client expectations regarding the carbon footprint of each component of the finished product.
We are frequently described as the “Swiss knife” of the wine industry—a comparison we welcome, as it accurately reflects the breadth of our expertise, our flexibility, and our ability to deliver integrated, customized solutions.
Presently, we are engaged in bottling wines sourced from a diverse range of countries, including France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, USA, Chile, Argentina, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand

BAG-IN-BOX
Launched in 2003, our company was a pioneer in introducing the Bag-in-Box format. Today, as a European leader, Biecher company produces over 3 million BiBs annually.
Our two production lines cater to formats of 1.5L & 3L. Success with Bag-in-Box hinges on meticulous attention to detail, accompanied by rigorous controls at every stage of production, including microbiology, weight, palletizing, and more
AIRLINES SUPPLY
Drawing on over 20 years of expertise in bottling wines in 187 ml, 750 ml, and 1 L formats, we proudly serve more than 20 major airline companies across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, and Asia.
Bottling in PET is particularly demanding, especially when it comes to preventing oxidation. That’s why, throughout the entire process—from tank to final bottle—we protect the wine under a nitrogen atmosphere.
To further ensure precision and efficiency, we rely on advanced technologies such as Nomaline, which introduces nitrogen into the bottle neck, and Nomasens, which controls oxygen dissolution.
